MSL extensively worked in Lao PDR in Education, Financial Management, Water Resources, Environment & Climate Change under World Bank and Asian Development Bank. In addition, we provided the government of Lao PDR with capacity-building support regarding aid effectiveness for the fulfillment of the Country Action Plan (CAP) for implementing the Paris Declaration principles.
