We have experience in reviewing and developing climate change strategy and action plan, methods of climate change adaptation through identifying policy gaps and constraints in implementing appropriate adaptation measures, implementation of pilot activities on climate change in priority sectors including water, agriculture, and forestry, conduct biological environmental and agroecological field study and analysis around ECA (ecologically critical area) for pinpointing the unique and sustainable solution of forest reservation and other natural calamities like flood and land degradation. We also have experience in conducing several Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) in Bangladesh.
