MCL is passionate to work with child development and child support and always focus on doing some good for the child group of the population. For this, we have assisted ADB in preparing a child education project in China, provided technical support to UNICEF to design a universal child benefit programme for Bangladesh, conducted child development programme etc. integrating National Watershed Management Plan (NWMP) and the Government’s national poverty reduction strategy in Bangladesh, operationalised the NWMP annual review process by means of an action plan to accelerate its implementation and prepared in advance the draft national water act. MCL provided assistance for developing the overall governance systems for implementing the National Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) Support Programme in Lao PDR to be utilized by Water Resources & Environment Administration (WREA).
